Agreement to Terms

About Our Services

Service Limitations

Our role is strictly advisory and consultative in nature. We do not make decisions regarding visa approvals, immigration status, or entry permissions, as these decisions rest solely with government authorities and immigration departments. Plan Abroad cannot influence or guarantee outcomes from any government agency or consulate.

Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and truthful information throughout the consultation and application process. Any false or misleading information may result in application rejection, legal consequences, or termination of our services. You must promptly inform us of any changes to your circumstances that may affect your application.

You are also responsible for meeting all deadlines, attending required appointments, and following instructions provided by our consultants and relevant authorities. Failure to comply with these requirements may negatively impact your application and is not the responsibility of Plan Abroad.

Fees and Payment Terms

All service fees must be paid according to the agreed payment schedule before we commence work on your application. Fees are non-refundable once services have been initiated, except in cases where we are unable to provide the agreed services due to circumstances within our control.

Government fees, embassy charges, translation costs, and third-party expenses are separate from our service fees and are your responsibility. These charges are non-refundable regardless of application outcomes. We will provide estimates of such costs, but actual amounts may vary.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only available in limited circumstances where we have failed to provide the agreed services due to our negligence or inability to perform. No refunds are provided for changes in your circumstances, changes in immigration policies, application rejections, or delays caused by government authorities.

If you decide to cancel our services before we have commenced substantial work, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis, minus any administrative costs already incurred. All refund requests must be submitted in writing with supporting documentation.

Confidentiality and Document Handling

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and documents. However, we reserve the right to share your information with government authorities, educational institutions, employers, and other relevant parties as necessary for your application process.

All documents submitted to us become part of your file and may be retained according to our document retention policies. We are not responsible for returning original documents unless specifically requested and arranged in advance.

Limitation of Liability

Plan Abroad’s liability is limited to the amount of fees paid for our services. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services, application delays, rejections, or changes in immigration policies.

We do not guarantee processing times, as these are determined by government authorities and may vary due to factors beyond our control. Any estimated timelines provided are approximate and should not be relied upon for making travel arrangements or commitments.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Plan Abroad and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

Our consultation methodologies, processes, and proprietary information remain the intellectual property of Plan Abroad and may not be replicated or used by clients for commercial purposes.
